I was impressed on so many levels with Artisan Optical, Dr. Martin Jensen and Alicia Viarrial, they were Amazing. I have had so many issues with my eyes with multiple surgeries and never really having someone spend the time to figuring out the right thing for Me to see clearly. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Hands down best service I’ve experienced. Artisan optical is hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing glasses. After I snapped the bridge in half of my last pair I went to artisan optical and not only did they get me glasses in less than a week they went out of their way to fit within my budget. I cannot recommend artisan optical enough. The staff is very friendly and the glasses are really pretty and the turnaround time is awesome.

Best experience from an optometrist I've had. All the staff are super friendly and makes it feel like a neighborhood optometrist... which it is. They have all the modern eye imaging tech and have a great selection of glasses to get something within your budget and the style you want. Definitely recommend!

LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE! For the first time in 6.5 years, I can see properly again!
Background: My vision has never been right following a traumatic brain injury several years ago. Ever since then, and through more than my share of glasses, and every new set caused the same frustrations. Despite my pleas otherwise, eye doctors consistently ignored my concerns and gaslit me that my prescriptions were right, despite my telling them so frequently that I still couldn't see correctly. The gaslighting, and the cost to keep up my frustration, was beyond measure.
Besides that, I have a pinhead, somewhere between kids and adult size, and it's extremely difficult to find frames that both fit my facial structure and my bridge, and that come in colors that look good on me.
This time, I decided that if I still had to deal with less than ideal vision, at least I was going to find frames that would look good in me.
Enter Artisan Optical.
As I was looking for custom frames online, I discovered Artisan Optical through wholesale custom frame vendor. As I described my previous frustrations and pointed to some customs frames I was asking them to order, Alicia made other recommendations over the phone. Although I didn't particularly care for what she listed, when I went into the store for further consultation it turned out she was spot on! I ended up with amazing frames that I'd never have seen otherwise. Additionally, a custom bridge was all part of the price! I never even knew that was an option!!!
Equally valuable was Dr. Jensen giving me an all-new exam--and new it was!!! For the first time in 6.5 years I can see again!!!! Now I'm typing with my glasses firmly and comfortably fitting in my face, no longer having to remove them to be able to read or type (previously everything had to be mere inches from my face!). I don't feel so frustrated when I can't see things, because i can finally focus my eyes again!!!
And all of this came at lesser cost than any standard retail eye exam with glasses!!!
There were a lot of happy tears in this process, and I will definitely return!

This place was awesome! The people and the doctor were all friendly and caring. I felt like they really wanted to assist me in my optical needs.
Dr. Jensen seemed very competent, and yet spent time making sure my prescription was accurate. The examination equipment is first-rate!!!
All I can say is… “Go now!!”
