We are proud to be providers in the Direct Eye Care Movement, which means no more co-pays, deductibles or authorizations. We offer fair, transparent pricing to everyone, regardless if we are filing insurance benefits on your behalf or if you are self-pay.
Comprehensive Eye Exams
Annual Eye Exam with Refraction:
Includes up to 60 minutes with the doctor, retinal photos to detect and monitor eye disease, a screening visual field to assess optic nerve function, and dilation if necessary.

Pediatric Eye Exam with Refraction (ages 17 and under):
Includes the same testing and procedures as adults.

Contact Lens Fitting
Standard (Spherical) Fitting:
For patients with standard single vision prescriptions, including all trials and follow-ups for 90 days and/or completion of fitting.

Toric (Astigmatism) Fitting:
For patients requiring astigmatism correction, including all trials and follow-ups for 90 days and/or completion of fitting.

Multifocal (Bifocal) and Monovision Fitting:
For patients needing both distance and near correction, including all trials and follow-ups for 90 days and/or completion of fitting.

New Wearer Training (additional):
For patients that have never worn contacts. Up to one hour to hour of training on insertion, removal, proper wear, hygiene, and maintenance.

Medical Office Visits
Basic Office Visit:
“Red Eye” visits (surface infections, allergies, dry eyes, etc). Does not include follow-up visit.

Intermediate Office Visit:
Severe eye infections, corneal ulcers, eyelash removal, etc. May include one follow up at the doctor’s discretion.

Advanced Office Visit:
Advanced eye trauma, complex medical evaluation and treatment. Includes one follow up visit.

Foreign Body Removal- Conjunctiva:
Removal of objects from beneath the eyelid or on the conjunctiva. Includes one follow up visit.

Foreign Body Removal- Cornea:
Removal of objects from the cornea, including rust from metal. Includes one follow up visit.
