Saturday Hours and Artisan Optical

We want to start out by telling all of our clientele how grateful we are for all of you. As we grow, we are trying to nail down the business hours for Artisan Optical. We started out with being open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, but had feedback that it would be helpful for us to be open on Saturday's for those who cannot make it in during the week. We listened and decided over the last few years to pick 2 Saturday's a month to be open and available. When we are working Saturday's we have noticed that the demand is much lower than we expected . We want to be accessible to everyone but also be fair to ourselves as we have a 6 day work week the weeks we are open on Saturday's. We created a brief survey to see what is most beneficial to our clientele/patient base. Our thoughts were to remain open Monday through Friday, and if anyone needed a Saturday appointment for an eye exam or to purchase glasses, we would come in on a Saturday by appointment only. Another option was to change hours during the week, to either have one day with an early start and early close, and/or one day with a late start and a late close, for those of you who need us outside of your own work hours.
